Rates

High Season: $1100.00 USD weekly - November 1st to April 30th

Xmas / New Years $1300.00 weekly - Dec 18th to Jan 6th

Low season $800.00 weekly - May 1st to October 31st

Monthly Rate: - Pay for 3 weeks get the 4th week free.

Rates are based on a maximum of 4 people, additional charge for extra guests

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations made 90 days before arrival day are 100% refundable

A 50% deposit of the total rental amount and a security deposit of USD $350.00 (pre-authorized but not billed on a credit card) is due upon booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. The security deposit authorization will be cancelled if there is no damage less a $35.00 cleaning fee.

Visa and Mastercard accepted for advance payment

Check in 3:00 pm, check out 11:00 am

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The responsible party must be present and no less than 23 years old. All children under 16 must be accompanied to the pool by an adult.

Last minute rentals are welcome

No pets allowed, smoking only on terrace

The property owners will not be responsible for any injury, loss, illness or damage to any person or property of persons occupying this condo. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. The rights, if any, of a person occupying the rental property to seek recourse against the property owners for any injury or loss of property to the person shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction.
